Every plan includes 5 users and unlimited jobs, and you add people as your team grows — office, floor and drivers count the same, and each extra person costs less as the team gets bigger. The plan depends on how much of the job lifecycle you use (Professional adds delivery and servicing), and inventory is an optional add-on. Tell us about your shop and we’ll put together a straight number.

Soft caps. You don't get cut off — you keep working and we email you to sort out the next tier. No surprise overage charges. When you move up we work out the change with you; downgrades apply at your next renewal.

Yes, on every tier. When you cancel, we provide a full export of your data and files — just ask, no fee. Your job photos and PDFs come out as ordinary image and PDF files.

Software for your business is generally a deductible expense. Prices are ex-GST and you get a tax invoice for your records. Talk to your accountant for your specific situation; we’re not them.

Early customers get launch pricing, locked for 2 years while you stay with us. If prices change after that, we'll give you plenty of notice first. The full terms are in your subscription agreement.

Yes — as a job moves into production, out for delivery and delivered, you can send the customer a tidy, branded email showing only the site address and the dates. The delivered email includes a private link to the photos that needs no login and expires after 30 days. Nothing is sent unless someone chooses to, and updates go by email today, not SMS.

On every completed delivery the driver’s on-site location is captured and photos are attached, then the office approves or rejects it before the job is marked complete. If something is wrong the office rejects it with a reason and the driver redoes it — nothing closes on its own.

Yes — every job has one comment thread for the office, the floor and drivers, scoped so field staff only see the notes that matter to them. Office staff can @mention a colleague, who sees it in their notifications bell, and FactoryMate can push alerts to the people who need them once it is added to the home screen.

Yes — FactoryMate is built around your process. Our team sets up your production stages, key dates, delivery regions, categories and branding to match how your shop works as part of onboarding, and updates them whenever it changes.

Yes — devices sign in with a PIN tied to that tablet, FactoryMate signs people out automatically after a period of inactivity (sooner on admin accounts), each person’s role limits them to the screens they need, and repeated failed logins lock the account.

Yes — keep a materials catalogue with QR-labelled rack and bin locations, hand out, receive and relocate stock by scanning from a phone, run count-then-approve stock-takes, and get a low-stock summary by email each morning. A job’s materials are costed when it is planned, so job costs don’t drift.
