How do I get started?
Book a demo and we'll walk FactoryMate through your real workflow. If it's a fit, we set up your own isolated tenant for you to try with your own jobs — no credit card to look. You keep everything you set up if you continue.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is tailored to your shop — team size, sites and how much of the lifecycle you use. Tell us about yours and we’ll put together a straight number for your setup. Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
What happens if I outgrow my tier mid-month?
Soft caps. You don't get cut off — you keep working and we email you to sort out the next tier. No surprise overage charges. When you move up we work out the change with you; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes, on every tier. CSV / Excel export of every list view, anytime. When you cancel, we provide a full export of your data and files — just ask, no fee. Your job photos and PDFs come out as the files they went in as.
Is the subscription tax-deductible in Australia?
Software for your business is generally a deductible expense. Prices are ex-GST and you get a tax invoice for your records. Talk to your accountant for your specific situation; we’re not them.
Will prices go up on me later?
Early customers get launch pricing, and we hold that rate for your subscription while you stay with us. If prices ever change for new customers, we'll give you plenty of notice first. The full terms are in your subscription agreement.
Does FactoryMate integrate with Xero or MYOB?
Xero integration is coming soon on Professional and Custom. MYOB is not available yet. If accounting integration is important to you, tell us at your demo so we can factor it into the roadmap.
Is FactoryMate built for my industry?
FactoryMate is built specifically for Australian aluminium window and door fabrication. If you run a related fabrication shop, book a demo and we’ll be honest about whether it fits how you work today.
